Watched Opera in the Ozarks performs Pinocchio

Springdale Public Library had a special even during Thursdays in summer and today we went and watched Opera in the Ozarks performs Pinocchio.

We have a big group today with Ms. Amy's kids Olivia, Malachi, Norah and her niece Aisling and she brought along the kids she watched Isabella, Grayson and Ashton whom Quentin loves to play with and knew each other from preschool days, the kids had fun and it was a great show.

Beatrice loves to hold Hazel.  Hazel lasted for at least 20 minutes in the show then we have to move around to make her happy.

Libraries Summer Reading Program

We are fortunate that we live in a town that offers a lot of free activities for kids, one of them that we frequently visits are the library both  Fayetteville Public Library(south of us) and Springdale Public Library (north of us) for storytime for my kids.  And during summer they have a good summer reading program this summer the FPL summer reading program theme is "Dig Beneath The Surface" while SPL summer reading program theme is "Dig Into Reading" and they have all sorts of activities and program for all ages.  They have book reading program which you get a chance to win some cool prizes and also they have different activities or performers weekly.

On June 4th, 2013 we get to watch Leonardo perform in FPL.

On June 5th, 2013 we got to watch a duo from New York called The Pop Ups from FPL. The Pop Ups have received a GRAMMY nomination for their second family music CD, Radio Jungle. Not your typical band; The Pop Ups perform their music using cardboard props, hand-painted sets, and a colorful cast of original puppets; crafting a world of magic that engages, educates and delights all ages.

The kids got a photo op with them since we bought a CD and a shirts.

While at SPL we got to watch the Institute of Jugglology.
