VBS Day 4

I hardly can get a pictures with the kids during VBS at Sonora Baptist Church because I'm busy taking care of Hazel even I stayed at the church premises.

Today Quentin helped taking up the offering while Beatrice recited in front of everyone the Psalm 139:23-24 which is the VBS memory verse.

4 weeks old Hazel is going everywhere

After Beatrice's swim lesson and library time we head to Amazeum to play with friends and stayed until it's time for us to head to VBS.

Hazel is 4 weeks old at this time and she is fine going wherever we go but if she isn't happy she will definitely tells you by giving a good cry.  As long she is full and not in the car seat she is happy.

Barnyard Friends

Fayetteville Public Library always had a petting animal during there summer reading program and today we went since it is one of our favorite.  After feeding and petting we had snow cones to beat the heat.

Hazel love being held close to my chest.  That she can sleep on top of me for a couple of hours, which gave me time to rest and sometimes felt like being a captive when I want to be up on my feet ;-)

Vacation Bible School Day 1

Today I went and dropped my kids to attend Vacation Bible School at Sonora Baptist Church.

Both of them were excited until when they are seated for dinner, I noticed Beatrice  had her head down on the table and when I checked on her she was sad and started crying, we tried to move her closer to the group but she is still sad even until they went to the sanctuary, I tried to convince her I have to go home to feed Hazel and she was OK with it.  While Quentin was ready to mingle and even told me "Mama, I won't miss you because you will pick me up, right?"
