FIVE months old Hazel

Oh my 5 months went by so fast my dear Hazel. You are such a joy to have around and an easy baby for the most part until mama get dinner ready then that's the time you need my attention but we are so blessed to have Manang Beatrice and Manoy that soothes you and do things to make you happy until dinner is ready to be served.

You are now eating some solid food for dinner first with mashed banana, pears, apple sauce and now baby cereal and so far you enjoy them.

You are really doing good at 4 months. You aren't that needy compared when you are 1 and 2 months old, you entertain yourself when you are up by cooing and even giggling. You can hold your head real good during tummy time, you can grab your pacifier from your mouth and just grabbing what is near you like the toys hanging from your play mat. Been sucking your 2 fingers(index and middle fingers).

Firefly Fling 2016

We went to the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks since it's hosting Firefly Fling which is a family event during Summer. Around the garden they have booths that everyone can partake while there's a live music playing in the center stage.

The plan was I'll just take Beatrice with me and leave Hazel and Quentin with Matt since I already took both kids to Jurassic Quest that morning and I thought I would spend some time just with Beatrice but Quentin talked his way out and she said it would be fine because at least by then he won't be able to watch Super Friends by himself at home. I thought she was being kind instead she also have an ulterior motive of letting Quentin come along with us which we all both had fun, we hang around with the Brown family which we love.

Jurassic Quest 2016

Quentin is really into dinosaur big time, he read and watched about dinosaurs every single day. Every time we go to the library that's one of the books he would loan and renew over and over he knew more about dinosaurs than anybody that I knew seems like.

Today Jurassic Quest came to Bentonville, AR to bring the largest exhibition of life-size, moving, museum quality dinosaurs. It just ideal to take him and experience it, it was held at the Benton County Fairground and I took Hazel(2 months old) as well. While Beatrice hang out with her daddy. We try to be there as soon as the gates open as to beat the crowd and the weather so it won't be so hot going around the fairground since some games are outdoor.

Quentin got to ride all the dinosaurs his heart desires and he is good at lining up by himself while I took care of his sister. We petted some baby dinosaurs, see the dinosaur exhibit and we took home some dinosaur fossil to dig. He isn't fond of the bounce house that was there so we got to skip it which is good since it was outside in a tent and the weather is getting hot.
