Today Beatrice had her friend Melanie a kindergarten classmate over at our house for a play date.  They end up making some perler beads and also Melanie love petting our cat Garfield.

1st Grade meet the teacher and Ice Cream Social at JTE

Tonight we went to Beatrice's Ice cream social at her school John Tyson Elementary and we got the chance to meet her 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Emerson.

Last Hurrah for Summer 2015 part 4 A hike to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art

We joined our friends Sara with her kids Azeem, Amira and Tariq as well as Jessie with sons Corbin and Miles to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art today by walking the trail at Compton Garden that leads to the museum itself and we had a great time along the way.  At the museum we got to see the works of Andy Warhol and Jamie Wyeth, made some puppy puppet for craft and the trail was art-filled it self that was a fun walk.

Last Hurrah for Summer 2015 part 3.2 played for 5 hours at Amazeum

After the back-to-school party hosted by Macaroni Kids in Rogers,  we visited Amazeum again since we are already nearby and we'll have dinner at Judy's house in Rogers, Amy and her kids joined us. After staying there for 5 hours the kids still have some energy left to play with their friends Amanda, Florelaine and Bianca and we got home past 10pm the latest they were up especially classes starts in 5 days.

And yes after being around here for a while they are soaking wet and good thing I bring extra clothes and slippers but they got their shoes soaking wet and good thing it was hot outside and we will be there for a while that I got it dried up the by sun outside the museum.

Got to try the Hershey's Lab and we experimented with different types of candies if they float or sink and good thing we left one candy on the wrapper that we got to eat it at the end of the experiment.
